TLM Preached Spiritual Exercises for Men

With Fr. Joseph Lee, FSSP

October 17 - 19, 2025

Preached Spiritual Exercises for Men
with Traditional Latin Mass

Retreat starts Friday with rosary and Mass at 8:00pm, ends Sunday with Noon lunch.

Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House in Waverly invites all to a preached “Spiritual Exercises” retreat with Traditional Latin Mass: September 19-21 for women, or October 17-19 for men.

This retreat, given by Fr. Joseph Lee, FSSP is meant to be a time for men and women to discover the only purpose of their lives, which is to praise, reverence and serve the Lord, Jesus Christ.

Based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, this retreat leads one through the drama of Salvation History, from the Fall to our Redemption. Retreatants will be immersed in scripture and invited to encounter Jesus Christ as the answer to the problem of sin and evil in our lives and world.

Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House offers a sanctuary of prayer and recollection on a spacious acreage near Waverly. There are 50 single rooms, each with a private bath.

We want our retreats to be accessible to everyone, please consider an additional donation, or contact the Retreat House to inquire about financial assistance or if your parish pays part of the cost. If the retreat you’re interested in is full, contact us to be put on a waiting list. A few double rooms are available upon request. Airport transportation to/from LNK or OMA is also available upon request.

In-person at the Retreat House, retreats include meditations by the retreat master, the sacraments of Eucharist and Reconciliation, the Liturgy of the Hours and other devotions, extended opportunities for silence and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
