WELCOME TO THE RETREAT HOUSE

Situated amongst the rolling hills of eastern Nebraska, we offer the ideal atmosphere for a peaceful and fruitful time of recollection and deep prayer. Just as Jesus instructs His disciples to escape the noise of the world and “come away to a deserted place and rest awhile,” so, too, does He invite you to retreat in a calming silence to better know and love Him.

We offer a wide variety of retreats that will allow you to return to your daily life refreshed and spiritually strengthened. See below to find the best option for you!

OUR MISSION & HISTORY

Since 1963, Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House has been inviting all to come away for a while to rest, renew, and deepen your relationship with our Lord.

As a Catholic ministry in the Diocese of Lincoln, our Mission is to provide a sanctuary and experience which leads people to encounter Jesus Christ. Through inspiring retreats and warm hospitality, we seek to transform and renew the spiritual lives of all desiring the opportunity to listen to the Holy Spirit and know the Father's love, peace and healing.

HOW CAN WE PRAY FOR YOU?

We ask your prayers for the outreach and ministry of Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House, and want to
know your intentions and how we can support you in prayer.
