NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The Holy Land Pilgrimage Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House (“Sponsor”).

1. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive a pilgrimage package to the Holy Land & Jordan with Fr. Gary Coulter, scheduled for February 15–26, 2027.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $5,000–$6,000 (depending on final itinerary pricing at time of booking).

Prize includes:

• Shared double-occupancy accommodations
• Scheduled group tours and pilgrimage activities
• Meals as specified in the official pilgrimage itinerary

Prize does not include:

• Ground transportation to/from departure airport
• Passport or visa fees
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses, gratuities, or incidental charges
• Any costs or entry fees not specifically listed as included in the official itinerary

Winner is solely responsible for securing proper travel documentation and a valid passport.

Pilgrimage arrangements, accommodations, and itinerary details will be determined by Sponsor and Tekton Ministries and are subject to availability, schedule changes, and applicable dates.

Prize:

• Is non-transferable
• Has no cash value
• May not be substituted or exchanged
• Must be used for the February 15–26, 2027 Holy Land pilgrimage with Tekton Ministries

• If the winner is already registered for the Holy Land Pilgrimage, his or her deposit will be refunded or transferred to their travel companion.
• If the winner does not have or is unable to find a travel companion for shared double-occupancy accommodations, then a roommate may be assigned, or the winner can choose to pay the single-occupancy supplement.

If the winner is unable to travel on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

All federal, state, provincial, local, and international taxes and any other expenses not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

2. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by:

• Registering for or attend a Weekend Retreat, Ignatian Retreat, or Desert Day at Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House during the promotional period; or
• Submitting a free mail-in entry by sending your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 1, 2026 and received within seven (7) days thereafter.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2026 and ends on September 8, 2026.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing at the September 2026 Magnificat Dinner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be announced publicly at the annual Magnificat Dinner in September 2026.

4. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, board members, and agents of Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House and any affiliated partners, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited by law.

5. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing.

Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

If notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited.

Sponsor reserves the right to require the winner to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where lawful).

6. General Conditions

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries
• Technical malfunctions
• Printing or typographical errors
• Travel cancellations or disruptions beyond Sponsor’s control

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules
• Release and hold harmless Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and travel partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize
• Permit Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

7. Acceptance of Rules

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Participants agree to receive periodic email communications from Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House. You may unsubscribe at any time.
