Marketing Manager at Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House

Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House, Waverly is looking to hire a part-time Marketing Manager, responsible for creating and maintaining the digital and print marketing for promoting our retreats and fundraising.

The part-time role (15-25 hours per week) has flexible hours and a hybrid (work from home) option, with occasional weekend duties. Starting wage depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Create and manage our email newsletters (3-times a month)
Other targeted email blasts to specific audiences (1-month) and bulletin editors (2-month)
Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube) at least weekly
Writing press releases (3-times a month)
Recording and editing promotional videos (2-times a month)
Digital usher running zoom and recording of weekend retreats (1-month)
Keeping database up to date
Assist in preparing lists and copy for annual mailings (3 times a year) and the schedule of retreats brochure (2 times a year)
Participate in advisory board meetings (4 times a year)

Qualifications
Excellent computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Creativity, graphic design, and video editing abilities
Experience a plus
