IGNITE THE FIRE FEST AT THE OAKS

By purchasing or using a ticket, the TICKET PURCHASER or ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT hereby grants to OUR LADY OF GOOD COUNSEL RETREAT HOUSE, IGNITE THE FIRE FEST, and THE OAKS the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to publish, distribute, exhibit or otherwise use the photographs and videos they may be taken at the IGNITE THE FIRE FEST. This Consent includes that the images and videos may be used, without limitations, in print publications, online publications, websites and on social media.

LIABILITY HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER
By purchasing a ticket, the TICKET PURCHASER or ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT agrees to defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless OUR LADY OF GOOD COUNSEL RETREAT HOUSE, IGNITE THE FIRE FEST, and THE OAKS against and from all claims arising from the negligence or fault of the TICKET PURCHASER or ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT which arise out of the TICKET PURCHASER or ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT at the IGNITE THE FIRE FEST including but not limited to any personal injury, property damage, disability, death, and sickness or disease including, without limitation, any communicable disease.

Additionally, the TICKET PURCHASER or ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT agrees to protect, defend, hold harmless and fully indemnify OUR LADY OF GOOD COUNSEL RETREAT HOUSE, IGNITE THE FIRE FEST, and THE OAKS for any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of their participation at IGNITE THE FIRE FEST that is brought against the OUR LADY OF GOOD COUNSEL RETREAT HOUSE, IGNITE THE FIRE FEST, and THE OAKS by the above TICKET PURCHASER or ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT or their family members whether such claim arises from the alleged negligence of OUR LADY OF GOOD COUNSEL RETREAT HOUSE, IGNITE THE FIRE FEST, and THE OAKS, its employees or agents or TICKET PURCHASER or ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT’s negligence. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance thereof, shall continue in full legal force and effect.
